How far in advance do I need to book my ride?

Rides need to be booked at least 12 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation text within 1 hr of booking your ride and a 15 minute reminder prior to your ride for all airport, in town, out of town rides and concierge services. Daily chauffeur bookings will receive a confirmation text 24 hours before the booked day.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests are required at least 12 hours in advance. Bookings that are cancelled less than 12 hours in advance are subject to an inconvenience fee. Pre-payment is required for airport rides and group rates.

How many people can be booked for one ride?

The Tesla Model Y holds 4 people in addition to the driver. Multiple trips can be made to accommodate more people if desired.

How big is the trunk space in the Tesla Model Y?

There are 30.2 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats, or 72.1 cubic feet with the second row folded down. This translates to a very big trunk for a sedan-sized car

What happens if my Get Up and Go Driver cannot make the booked ride?

While we hope this never happens, life is unpredictable and things can happen like car software updates and illness. If your Get Up and Go Driver cannot make the booking within one hour, you will be contacted and a complementary ride will be booked for you with another service (Uber or Lyft).
